I love these pads, decent price, fast shipping, and they work great. They are sticky and easy to use. I prefer the black color, it feels less creepily medical somehow. The sticky side doesn't leave a big mess of sticky residue when you peel them off unless you've gotten sweaty while using. I often use these on the go with a tens unit clipped to my belt or hidden in a pocket. I have caught the cables a few times on things when wearing them under clothes and the cables always unplug from the pads instead of the pad coming loose and shocking me in a painful way. They work great on their own, but a single drop of electrode gel really makes them preform at their best.

havent started using it so you have to wait till my existing one in use looses itsadhesive bonding capacity \bought it to use once i need it not now and you have to wait for my comments
