Q: Does this tool crimp and cut all in one shot? also, does it have a stripper on it?

Yes it crimps and trims in one shot, it doesn't have a stripper. Not sure if this is a flaw specific to this model or not but, my particular tool does not cut all the wires cleanly. The cutter would cut nearly all the way through, and the excess cable twisted off easily (this happened on 2 wires). Not a show stopper, just an extra 3 second hassle for every connector I made. At the same time, the crimper was very good, I didn't have to reterminate any of the cables I made. Just be sure you buy the EZ-RJ45 connectors or you've bought yourself an expensive crimper you could otherwise buy pretty cheap.

Q: I have ezex44 connectors pn 100028c. will this tool work and include everything i need to crimp them onto cat6 cable?

No, the crimp die (PN-100072C) that is in this Crimp Handle/Die kit is for the regular EZ-RJ45 connectors. The correct crimp die for the ezEX44/48 connectors is PN-100071C and the kit for the ezEX44/48 connectors is PN-100061C.
