This is the best ice pack I have ever used!!!! I tossed it in the freezer when it showed up today and 30 minutes later I was in heaven. I had ankle surgery recently so I've been wanting something for cold therapy and swelling and let me tell you. This is perfect!!!! It held a nice cold for 30 minutes. Maybe a little longer. And the ease of being able to slide this over my foot like a sock is the deal breaker. Complete ankle coverage. I am so glad I found this. And at a great price. Definitely worth buying

Putting ice on my ancle has always been the hardest thing to do. Everything I have tried in the past has been so difficult but this Icepack is awesome! It goes on like a sock It stays snug against your bone and your heel at the same time. It's soft and comfortable and it stays put. It also stays cold for a good long time. Another thing you can do is lay it flat and put it behind you for a back ache. Very versatile for pain relief! No Leakage! So thin it takes up no room at all in the freezer!

I tried out one of these sleeves loaned to me for an ankle injury that I incurred and loved it so much I bought one and then a few days later bought a second one. It works AWESOME and helps alleviate pain with either cold or hot therapy. I also use it inside of the ortho boot I have to wear as added extra padding and comfort for my injury. I highly recommend this hot/cold therapy ankle sleeve as it’s been a life saver for me. I wear a 9.5 sneaker and bought the large sleeve and it fits perfect. It does not go on tight so if you have an injury it’s an easy slide on. If you wear it for a long period it will stay warm from your body heat which is nice over night.

This product is just perfect in that it is cold, slips over the foot nicely and gives cold compression around the entire foot and ankle. The only “bad” part is the cold lasts 20 minutes. If you are trying to ice on and off continuously this is not the product for you unless you have 4 or 5 of them to always have a cold one in hand.

Perfect for for my ankle, but it takes a while to get cold, and doesn’t really stay long. It’s not “solid” all the way around there’s a piece down the center running up the foot that has no gel, so if the bottom of your foot is your issue, it’s not going to get iced.

I tore my Achilles and had surgery in Dec 2025. I’m out of a boot and walking, but the swelling and pain from being on my feet throughout the day takes its toll. By the end of the day I need an ice pack big time. I was using one that froze rather solid and had Velcro traps but the cold never quite hit the right spots at the back and sides of mg ankle. I saw this model and thought I’d try gel instead. I wear a women’s 10-11 depending on the shoe and when I measured my ankle (which is still swollen and will be for probably 8-12 months), it showed that I should use the size L. The L was slightly big on me so I bought the M the next day. M still pulls on easily but fits like a glove. Not to tight. Just right! My husband wears a men’s size 15-16 and has had multiple foot surgeries and uses an ice pack daily so I gave him the L to try and he loved it. These stayed cold for 15-20 minutes as advertised.

Great ankle rap. Fits great. Stays very cold for about 30 minutes. I've also used it on my back because it's not hard & uncomfortable.
