Sent a used workbook.
Used workbook. Has a child’s name sticker on it and all of their scribbles and answers. No indication that this was used and the price was for a new book. Frustrated that on top I am expected to go and return it to get my money back.

Ripped and Dirty Cover
Received a book with a ripped and dirty cover. Something comes off on your hands when you touch the cover. Definitely not a perfect condition new book. Will be returning.
