Capcom Classics Collection Volume 2

Wonderful collection of some great classic games! Definitely a must-have for all the PS2 fans out there looking for a new retro game assortment to add to their collections. Many of these titles may never get released on a compilation ever again!

Great game with lots of classic capcom arcade games, would definitely recommend if you are a fan of old capcom games or arcade in general. Better than the first volume imo.

This a great follow up to Capcom Classics volume one. More nostalgic games and it is all unlocked there are some items that you have to get which require you to play the game. But still a great product and I would recommend it to you.

This is a GREAT collection of old arcade games that reminds me of the times when I used to take my little brother to various arcades(which no longer exist) during the mid 90's. Not all games here are "classics" in the strictest sense, but I like having a wide variety of old arcade games in my collection. In addition to the 20 plus games there are various unlockables and extras. Each game has it's own page with "history", "tips", "art", and "music". Most of the unlockables are under Art/Music. There is also a SSF2 Tutorial broken up into Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert. I know this stuff can be found on the internet but it's nice to have it included nonetheless. Most games are from the mid 80's to the early 90's. Many are side-scrollers and a few are shooters, typical of the time period. While I don't play this collection that much anymore I like having it handy in case I have a bout of nostalgia. Terrific collection for old-school gamers, Capcom style.

If u ever feel that games are getting too complicated, or wanna just kick around some old games with friends n having endless continues... you should b able to find at least 10 of these 20 (actually 22, as 3 Wonders is actually 3 games) worthy of your idle time. Easily good value for old times sake. I read some reviews before I bought. Others have given a game by game analysis which I found very helpful. This is really for the persons who enjoy button mashing entertainment from the 80s n 90s, if u need ps3 graphics... seek them elsewhere.

I bought this for 2 games, Black Tiger and Speed Rumbler, 2 of my favorites from the arcade "back-in-the-day". It makes for a great arcade experience because of the great games included on this collection.

I don’t have any problems while playing it

As a huge, huge fan of Capcom's Street Fighter franchise, and also, Sony's PlayStation gaming platform since each IP's respective advents - 1987 and 1995 if I recall correctly - I've been continuously-attempting to procure the entire fighting series' catalog of PlayStation 1, 2, 3 and 4 ports if they're ever made available in either the North American or European (U.K.) regions. Of note: Like so many others before me, I much prefer to collect the so-called 'Black Label' (non-Greatest Hits) releases if I can find them to begin with, as 100% genuine/legit copies have not been manufactured for several years. But alas, much of the time, the asking price is quite simply too steep, I find, so I wait and keep my fingers crossed and go about my day. Capcom Classics Collection Volume 2 is, in my humble opinion, a fundamentally-important title to own for the devout Street Fighter fans for the simple reason because it contains a Street Fighter title never-before (or after) made available on any generation of the PlayStation format. And that game, of course, is no other than the one which started it all. Yes my friends, we have Street Fighter 1 (1987) in all its glory available to experience using a Dual Shock 2, 3 or 4 controller. Let me be clear: Street Fighter 1 isn't exactly GotY (Game of the Year material). On the contrary, it's more in line with an Uwe Boll game-to-film crapfest. Nevertheless, despite its bemusing fun-factor level and lack of replayability it belongs in every Street Fighter aficionado's library. And I credit Capcom for including a surprisingly-large amount of customizable features + bonus material pro bono. Let me also remind prospective buyers that the timelessly-classic and endlessly-awesome Super Street Fighter II Turbo is also among the 20 games in total on disc. SSF2T is of course the first entry in which a certain playable super-villain enters the fray. Muy buena compra, contiene muchos juegos arcade que disfruté mucho en las tragamonedas y son muy retadores. Considerando que hay muchos jóvenes que les gustan los juegos de estilo retro, no deberían tener problema en encontrar diversión en esta colección. Sólo hubiera deseado que en las opciones se hubiera podido controlar el volumen del los efectos y la música de forma independiente para apreciar mejor la ducha música, porque yá de por sí en el ambiente tan ruidoso de los arcades era casi imposible escucharla.

Este titulo sin dudar es una gran opcion para tener esos grandes clasicos de arcade, controles responsivos, graficos buenos y a diferecia de su antecesor (capcom classics collection 1), tenemos la opcion de poner video en 480p, lo cual ayuda mucho si lo jugamos en una pantalla moderna,ya que la calidad grafica mejora en varios puntos. Excellent collection of some of Capcom's most fun games. This compilation contains classics such as Strider, Captain Commando, Knights of the Round, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, Three Wonders, Quiz & Dragons, King of Dragons, Black Tiger. I personally preferred this collection over volume 1. There is a greater variety of games from Capcom's golden period of the late 80's & 1990's. If you like beat em ups and action games this collection is for you. There is just something special about the games in this Capcom collection that seem unique. The presentation and emulation in this collection is also excellent. Capcom we need a volume 3 for PS4 or an ultimate collection released. There are so many more excellent arcade games that have not been released in a current collection yet.
