Good stuff
I have used this all my life. It is great for skin issues, and dandruff. The only bad thing is the smell. It is strong with the pine, but I'm a Jersey girl so it smells like home.

Used on dog with allergies....worked good
Bought this per my dad's recommendation that he had heard from someone years ago. Used it on our Maltese who had skin allergies / irritation and hot spots. It worked very well!!

Strong smell
I bought this for my partner who suffers from psoriasis and other skin issues. It’s supposed to be really great for that that is still out for discuss. My only complaint is how bad it smells. It is strong and not my favorite scent at all. Some people might like it though.

Bad ingredients and ineffective
It has questionable ingredients, and since the company couldn't be bothered to list them, here is a photo of them. The soap smells strongly of smoke and leaves my head feeling extremely dry, taut, and itchy immediately after use. The itchiness subsides slowly. It feels like I'm allergic to it. How does it work? My hair is still flaking. So far it is less effective than other soaps or shampoo I've tried, and the ingredients are worse, being as they are less natural.

Love this stuff, wife won’t let me use it if I’m going to be around her
I love the smell of this stuff and would use it every day. My wife, however, is not a fan as asked me not to use it when I’m going to be around her. I do indulge when she’s away for a few days.

Didn't repel mosquitoes for me.
So I bought this because the past year I have become EXTREMELY allergic to mosquitoes and apparently my new house is like a cesspool for them. I read on other reviews that this has helped repel mosquitoes for some. First of all the packaging is nice, it is a silver cardboard box that keeps the tar smell contained. However, as soon as you open it, you can smell the soap. It is a VERY strong soap. I have been using this for a few weeks and my entire bathroom constantly smells like this soap. It isn't technically a bad smell, but definitely not girly. The soap is brown and it does run brown in the water when you wash it off. I do not believe it leaves a strong smell once you are out of the shower though. I dry off with a white towel and I wore white and there was no brown residue on either. I still get mosquito bites everywhere, all the time. This did not work for me:(
