Does this product have a strong scent, and does it leave the fur oily?

It doesn't have a "strong" scent, but it does have a scent. It doesn't leave the fur oily. It does leave it silky smooth, once it dries. It doesn't take much. I spray it on my hands, rub them together, and then rub my hands on the cat. I use this product before cat shows, and find that it really works well.

Can this be used on cats?
