Until I retired a few years ago, I was the network admin for a small library system and I had, over the years, purchased literally hundreds of computer mice. Logitech was the brand I usually purchased as they were reliable and good value for money. So, when I needed a new mouse for my laptop, I bought another Logitech. And it is just as good as all the ones I've bought before. It fits my average size hand perfectly, the wheel and buttons are quick and easy to use, and the curser moves smoothly and accurately. It comes with batteries already installed, ready to use. I confess I am puzzled to read some of the one star reviews as I have never had any of those issues and the mice I was purchasing for the libraries were in heavy use. I can't speak to their customer service as I never had to invoke a warranty or contact customer service at all. I would recommend the Logitech M317 mouse for good, reliable, basic mouse use.

Perfect replacement for my mouse I got in 2013... you heard that right. My previous Logitech mouse lasted 13 years and 2 degrees. This mouse is small and ergonomicly fitted for your thumb. A slight soft grip area for your thumb as well. Again, perfect replacement for my 13 year old Logitech. USB perfect. No jumping in signal. Works perfect. And worked immediately.

Easy to connect and does a fine job for a very very affordable price. No complaints.

For the price, it's a good mouse. Logitech makes good products, and it works very simply out of the box, AA battery already included. However, this is not the quietest mouse. There is definitely a distinct, typical mouse click noise when you use it. No pressing left/right on the scroll wheel, or other buttons, so it is a very basic two button + scroll wheel (with press down) mouse. It isn't overly noisy, it isn't loud per se, but the sound is definitely not muted. If you want quiet clicks, the M650 is worth the slightly higher price.

Super cute and surprisingly easy and setup and use. The included battery is such a nice gift to the buyer. The response is amazing it keeps up really well with most surfaces a true win as a lap mouse with its small but comfortable to hold.

My confidence in Logitech products has been restored. I have been using this mouse for over a month; getting frustrated often as the cursor seemed to disappear at times. Rather than writing a poor review, I decided to chat with tech support and am very grateful I did! As I worked through a variety of trouble-shooting steps with "Ariel", I found that my mouse worked just fine on my husband's computer; the cursor worked perfectly on his darkly colored home screen. Apparently, recent vision issues resulted in my not "seeing" the white cursor's movements on white backgrounds! I was provided steps to follow using Accessibility in Settings where there were instructions for changing the cursor's color and/or design!!! This is a great resource for anyone with vision challenges> As for the mouse, it works great now that I can ?see? it clearly!!!

Works flawlessly. This is a very light mouse and would be an excellent addition to a laptop case. Those touch pads are ok, but it's so much nicer using a mouse.

This is a lovely mouse for my smaller hands and I love the colors and brightness of this item. I have use Logitech mice for many years and they last a good long time.
