I have had them about a month and they have not lost shape or went flat. The quality is good, have not washed them yet and they don’t he hot, no neck pain and they are a good pillow.

Only down fall is now after a year of using them the feathers poke my face at night but I’d still buy them again.

Very comfortable and reasonable price
Shape stays and I love the pillow very comfy and fluffy just like the one I had when I was a kid. Definitely would recommend and probably will be buying more this Christmas

Too firm (update: it just needs some use first…)
Why is this listed as medium? It is entirely unmoldable. They’re the too fluffy kind in hotels that make you miss your own bed. I went through old reviews and I think they used to have medium firmness pillows under this same product listing. That’s the only reason I can understand why there is such varied experiences/photos. Way too firm. If you’re into down pillows, skip these. If you have a bad neck, skip these. Like, they’re good if you’re watching a movie in bed and basically using it as a chair back, but as a flat laying human, they’re terribly tall/firm. Update: So it’s been a few weeks and oddly the pillow I use every night is absolutely perfect now that it’s flattened a bit. So if you’re having neck issues, hold strong!

Lofty, comfy, love!
I purchased the queen gusset. Fluffed them up, slept on one last night. Very comfy and quality pillows. I bought a different brand of goose down a few months ago, and I can already tell these are better. I will be buying more for Christmas gifts.
