I bought this after a knee injury so I could keep going on the elliptical and my knee would get support and not sway from side to side. This was German engineered and fits me perfectly and is really well-designed. It's also washable. Really an amazing medical device, and it saved me a trip to the doctor to get one from him while my knee was healing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's so tightly fit to the leg that it's hard to get on and off.

The brace was bought because of the recommendation of my orthopedic, and for being Germany made. The brace's stitching is badly finished and rough on my inner thigh skin. The rubbing started within 2 minutes of walking with it on and my skin was irritated. I am using it with a surgical padded bandage to prevent skin injury. The knee support is excellent, it is unfortunate that such an important finishing was ignored in quality check.
