Pillow feels like a cloud - very soft and cozy. I had a small issue about original one I ordered but customer service resolved it in no time. I am very pleased with my purchase and service I received. Thank you Lincove! Update: The original pillow I ordered had a strange scent to it and customer service was amazing and replaced it for me. The new pillow seemed much better but now after owning it for some time it also has the same scent. Not sure how to get rid of it but unfortunately it bothers me. The pillows is amazingly comfortable otherwise if you are not scent sensitive.

This is an excellent quality down pillow. It's 100% down fill. I ordered the soft and it is true to being soft. The only issue is there's too much fill. When you lay your head on the pillow it sinks to a good softness but because there's so much fill the sides push up too high, making it uncomfortable. I hated to return it but it was too uncomfortable.

I have always used down pillows. Should have realized sooner that fill/loft made a huge difference. I purchased the 800 fill standard size pillow and it surpasses my expectations and past experiences. Soft, comfortable and cloud like. Worth the price.

This pillow is amazing. I was replacing my wife’s down pillow she has had for over 20+ years. After researching for almost 2 weeks I can across the Lincove pillow website. I decided to try it. I also bought my wife the queen soft pillow as well for a second pillow. She said this pillow is softer than her previous worn out one. She loves it so much we are in the process of looking at their bed comforters as well. You will not be disappointed with this pillow. The old saying “you get what you pay for”. This is a nice quality pillow. Unfortunately, it gives a very offensive odor when damp (even slightly). The pillow had no odor when dry but I was forced to return it due to the smell when I actually used it. Sort of a "wet dog" smell.

This goose down pillow is so comfortable. My head just sinks down into what seems like a custom made pillow. Also, Lincove was most accommodating beyond my wildest expectations. I mistakenly ordered a standard size when actually I wanted a king size. Within just a few minutes on the phone, the representative assured me that I would receive a king size pillow within a few days without any additional charges or shipping fees. This is above and beyond what I expected. I'm a very satisfied Lincove customer.
