I love the colors and the pigmentation. The eyeshadows all came in tact surprisingly, but the lid was broken and makes it hard to close properly once it’s been opened for use.

The Colourpop eyeshadow palette I recently tried has completely exceeded my expectations! The colors are richly pigmented and blend effortlessly, allowing for both subtle day looks and dramatic evening styles. Love the colors and pigmentation! One shimmer pod was broken when received but able to repair w/some rubbing alcohol.

I love the finish and how it applies so smoothly. I was very concerned since a lot of reviews said they received theirs broken. Mine was okay! The packaging really needs to be more stable.

I’m really disappointed with how this one turned out. The fact this palette was so destroyed for being the one wrapped in bubble wrap is unbelievable. I love colourpop and own several of their products but this is just a flop for me. The shades are nice and fun for nude tones, but one of the best glitter shades was completely in pieces even as I opened it. It spread glitter all over the palette and the container it’s self which made an absolute mess. Also the outside of the palette(cover) was more scratched and scuffed than my other one. I’m disappointed with the care and quality of this palette compared to the other one I bought in the same transaction. It’s obviously this sellers fault and not the ones who delivered it since that other one is completely fine. Please don’t sell your crappy mess.

I am flabbergasted! This product appears to be used with an opened box, open product, broken product, and product all over the outside of the case. Very disappointed. Wanted a replacement, but wasn't given the option.

Package was shipped with protection and came in one piece .

I am so sad with the care put into this product. I’ve currently purchased a few of these products and so far 2 palette have arrived and both palettes had defects:( this particular one had 1 of the eye shadows fall out and completely crumble from the palette and I waited 2 weeks for this products to arrive. The product wasn’t even bubble wrapped it was simply placed in a box and sent and we all know how fragile eye shadow is! I am so disappointed!

Received the product in broken condition. Poor packing. Product was looking as used. Waste of money. Unable to upload phots of the item.

All eyeshadow shades are very dry, not sure it’s expired or not
