Works as expected
I got an espresso machine that works on 220v, and as it was described in its specifications that it uses 1400 w on 220v. So I bought a 3000 w converter to give me 220v for the machine. It worked fine the first couple of days, then it stopped working! So when I searched for the issue it turns to be a common issue with appliances that works on 220v and an engineer friend suggested me to get at least X3 watts than needed converter. So I ended up buying this 5000 w and been using it for almost 6 months with no issues at all. I have 2 - 220v appliances connected to it, the espresso machine and a commercial coffee grinder and they both work just fine so far.

Unusable
The electronic fuse on the back blows as soon as the unit is turned on. Completely unusable. Edit - It's a shame that I was unable to access a customer service of some kind, I'm a pretty clever guy and I really wanted this unit to work. These units advertise well, and seem to be exactly what I want. It looks like some are just not going to work out of the box, others do fine. However, the return process was so easy that it almost earns another star. My additional warranty was reimbursed without any additional effort on my part. I'm considering ordering another to see if the dice roll my way. If not, back it goes.

Cheaply made
Transformer is cheaply made but does function. Puts out 254V instead of 220-240V

Did not operate after two uses
Product stopped working after only two uses. I wouldn’t recommend this item if you don’t need the power. Definitely in search of their warranty service
