Poor performance. Might as well not use it!
This mic looks like it should improve the sound, but actually sounds worse (clarity and volume) than the camera's tiny built-in mic! I returned it for a refund.

No sound just static
No sound being recorded when plugged into my camcorder... Disappointed! Needed this for my YouTube channel. Guess you get what you pay for.

Not worth 1 dollar
Never worked right. Sounds like there is a faint high pitch noise no matter what troubleshooting I do. Would not buy again.
