Excellent product. When I read the reviews of some customers.. I was not sure but after receiving the product I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed. Very sturdy, good quality, beautifully etched plates. Easy to maintain and clean. The thickness is perfect it does not bend nor is too heavy. The shine of the pieces in the set are rich and not tarnished. Comes beautifully packed in a box inside Amazon box. Each piece is covered in separate covering to avoid scratching. Don’t hesitate in buying if you really like the set and want it. I bought 2 sets and both are high grade quality.

Good product thickness is good , value for money , product has good shine .

The utensils are good sturdy and beautiful in design, but number of items are relatively less like i thought there would be bowls but there were small bowls instead of serving ones

Except the bowls everything else is a waste. Plates can be used as lids not as dinner/ snack plates. Also chutney bowls are not so useful. Steel quality is good but regretting why did I even buy them because most of the items not serving the purpose. Suggestion: Chutney bowls could be replaced with small cups and also dinner plates size is too big instead of that, reduce the size to medium and build edges to the plates, then it’s going to be a very valid product for the people who start their new home.

It cannot be used in daily use. Average quality product. Very simple wash gave scratches. When new it shines beautifully. But with simple use it looses all its charm. Dissapointed.
