First clear protein Ive had. Ok however has a bit of a bitter after taste. Maybe its normal for clear whey?

First time trying a clear protein powder and to be honest, this it just disappointing and waste of money. I’m sad that I didn’t get past the good reviews to know the actual product results. It’s foamy and does not taste like tropical punch at all. Very bad after taste had to drain it down the sink. Just wondering now what am I going to do with the rest of the product.

I've been on the lookout for any kind of protein powder that I can add to my water. I've been told that whey powders have an odd taste, so when I found this one, I was thinking: "maybe the fruity taste will counteract the weird taste of whey." I was not disappointed in this product. The taste is light and crisp and there isn't a weird aftertaste at all. There are a few cons, which have been mentioned in previews reviews. The most common one is that the powder is clumpy and hard to break down. While this is true, it doesn't take much effort to get the powder to completely dissolve. I added a scoop of the mix (sometimes 1.5 scoops) and gave the pitcher a vigorous shake. There was an immediate foaming reaction, but after a minute, it went away. There were still clumps, but I just repeated the process a couple more times and all the clumps were gone. (I added a little metal shaker ball because some people said it helped, but it very well could just be in there for no reason) My protein levels are pretty low, so it's still a bit early to tell if this works or not. It is a bit pricey, but apparently all protein powders/supplements are. But, I really like the taste, and it makes me feel like I'm doing something to help my protein intake, so I will keep using it.

Haven't used anything like this before. It dissolves in water ro a clear liquid and tastes great! I am not going back to any other protien powder

It tastes great for a protein powder, as in it does not taste artificial unlike a lot of other supplements. A touch too sour in my opinion, and kind of difficult to dissolve in water, but it's the only one that doesn't make me gag from the taste/smell. For that alone it gets 5 stars.
