I had neck surgery and these are the perfect size to fit under the brace for swelling. Durable and versatile. Perfect thickness for the area I need to use it on. They do not stay cold for very long but it's working for my needs.

Cumplen muy bien su función, sin embargo no son muy practicas de usar. Por ejemplo para los ojos, no es lo mas natural y no son tan moldeables.

Good thing there are several of these. I need them for edema in my feet / ankles, but they don't stay cold very long at all. But, they're small, soft and pliable and mold to the shape of my ankle well. Good value product
