Amazon and Bata have cheated me, Amazon has sent me wrong item and I have returned back asking for the refund, and have send the photograph of the product I received, the return was initiated on 14th November and 30th November Amazon claims that I have returned back different item and my refund is denied. Either Bata or Amazon is cheating in this. It’s not the matter of money, but I’m totally cheated. I will take this matter to the consumer forum with all details.

Not good, Few months after it got cracks

Item was of short size no 3 at rt thumb,which got herete due to front belt. Wanted to change to no 4 But customer care call couldn't materialized not allowing to replace inspite of exercising option ,showing in red to do again but failed inspite of trying 3-4times. Hence return.

Very good pair of slippers. Purchased it for my mother. She has foot pain and this has very helpful for her, both stylish and comfortable. Price is just about on the ball park. Would say less or more..Would definitely recommend it.
