Very happy with the tablet! Works great like it's a 2026 model not 2021.

Was hesitant to purchase since it was renewed but AI said it would work perfectly for what I needed it for. Very reasonably priced and works great. I bought an off brand and returned it since it did not have what the description said it did. So happy I did.

Sim card slot doesn't work but they compensated me for the damage other than that works as it should

It is pretty slow but good for 90 dollars

We bought this tablet for very basic use — Facebook, Messenger, and occasional YouTube. Before purchasing, I even asked Amazon’s AI (Rufus) if this tablet as sold could handle those tasks, and it said “perfectly.” That was not true. The tablet could not be set up, would not connect properly, and appeared to require a SIM card, making it unusable even for simple Wi-Fi tasks. As received, it was essentially a brick. The listing images show a cover, but no cover was included. Packaging was subpar, and there was no lithium battery warning on the box, which is concerning for an electronic device. Customer service was handled by an offshore call center that was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, the representative said: “If you buy a dress from Amazon, do you expect to receive the model that was pictured wearing the dress?” To make matters worse, the return is not postage-paid. UPS quoted $88 to ship it back due to the lithium battery, meaning the buyer pays a substantial penalty to correct the seller’s errors. Misleading listing, poor packaging, bad support, and an unfair return process. Avoid this seller.

Perfect. Works like a charm. I had to throw away my old one because the screen split a little and the battery was about to explode. I'm happy with the new one

Inexpensive and not entirely obsolete so it is a perfect tablet for my toddlers.

In the item description bullet points there is this: "PROTECT FROM FUMBLES: Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Book Cover² offers your tablet worry-free protection from the occasional ding or fumble by accident-prone family members." THIS IS NOT INCLUDED. That small footnote is basically saying it isn't included, so I hope you didn't miss it like I originally did. We really needed it for a DND night coming up, so we decided to just keep it and get a cheap cover while docking stars on the review. I really hate when products have accessories shown with it and not clearly marked as not included. The tablet is decent, a bit sluggish compared to my phone but doable for what we need it for. Setup was easy as we only set it up with wifi and Google; not our phone service provider. Memory seemed plenty without a lot of bloatware. I did remove/disabled some unnecessary apps but nothing too egregious. Screen display seemed clear, but it did have a small scratch in the middle of the display (also annoying, but we were willing to overlook it as our non-primary phone/tablet). The brightness was plenty and I actually turned it dimmer as it's a bit harsh on the eyes. Charging seems fine with no obvious issues or slowness there. The camera takes pictures that are grainy/pixelated. Overall, an average experience that if I were more picky or if it was our main device I'd have sent it back. -1 star for inaccurate description and -1 star for screen scratch, slightly sluggish speed, and having a poor camera.

Llegó en Excelentes condiciones. Muy buen Precio, y durabilidad perfecta. Le doy un 10!

Versátil el producto.

Llegó al tercer día y no tiene ningún problema de funcionamiento. Cargador genérico. Trae un rayón en la parte metallica trasera que no molesta por ser un producto reacondicionado. La bateria de este modelo no dura mucho. La uso principalmente para leer PDF. El detalle de las letras en pantalla es aceptable, no esperen mucha nítidez (en comparación con la tablet A9+). En general, satisfecho con la compra.

El equipo funciona perfectamente, la batería dura poco, pero es aceptable. Lo que no esta bien es que lo anuncian y venden como un producto PREMIUM lo que significa según amazon que NO TIENE NINGUN DAÑO ESTETICO VISIBLE DESDE 30 CM, y la realidad es que cae en producto ACEPTABLE ya que tiene rasguños claramente visibles desde esa distancia. (Anexo foto) Conclusión. El articulo es refurbished, pero véndanlo bajo la especificación correcta, de otra forma, lamentablemente este proveedor (mexicano) esta ENGAÑANDO. He comprado varios productos refurbished con proveedores americanos y nunca me había sucedido.
