Product and delivery were excellent - better than reviews (which were positive). On my upgrading ram, got Blue Screen errors. Seller was very helpful including getting Dell to transfer warranty to me. Dell was not so helpful. I had to escalate, but seller supported with useful info. Strange, because I had found Dell to be positive and helpful in the past. Now operating with increased DDR4 and no issues and xfered warranty and know I'd buy from this seller and recommend without hesitation. His support has been extraordinary and on-going. Not the 'usual' - ship and forget. These guys are easily 10 stars. Thanks again.

The computer itself is fine. The problem was with the transfer from my old computer. After 3 tech support tries, I was able to make it work myself. The transfer was insistent on moving everything to the C drive sector which had limited space instead of to the D drive that had almost a terabyte of space. I actually had to manually transfer many of my files over. That said, I'm not a gamer and for my needs, it is fast and functional. The lack of a DVD drive was a disappointment, but I was able to get an external one that works fine.

I am amazed at the ease of setting up this computer. Absolutely loved it. This is my first Dell computer. My next computer...you guessed it...will be a Dell.

WORST investment ever. Do not buy a computer via the internet. This computer only has 1 HDMI - which is needed for the monitor, which works 20% of the time. Out of the box it didn't work, but using different HDMI chords, we got it to work, for a day or two - long enough to throw the box away. Turn the computer off and back on, it no longer works. Again, over an hour of changing input ends, different chords, got it to work. Turn off and back on, same issue. It's not the monitor (tested and checked on other computers). THE HDMI just doesn't work! I can't bring it in anywhere without it costing a fortune. BIG PIECE OF worthless METALLIC CRAP.

This is a small profile pc. The power supply is not as I expected, not a "normal" desktop power supply with a multitude of connections. Specs are 2 open SATA connectors but there is only one open drive bay for a low profile CD/DVD read/write and no place to add an additional internal hdd. Overall, I am pleased with the performance for home computing.

Use for personal PC

The network card failed and it took from February 22 to March 2 to get the problem taken care of. Support gets paid by the call, not by the hour, so they just want you to get off of the phone. They give you a fix that doesn't work and you start over. Finally, I escalated it and a repair person is supposed to make an appointment as soon as the part is mailed to him. I am not holding my breath. I would use it as an anchor for my boat, but I think it would fail at that too.
