I am a call centre worker and use this as my daily driver it has excellent audio quality noise reduction and best it fits my Samsung s10 plus as sounds great it does not work well in Chinese handsets like oppo vivo xaoimi one plus it beats headsets like Jabra and Plantronics at this price range for those who so not know audio technica makes Profesional grade microphones used by international singers Podcaster and sound professionals the headset is very light and can be used easily for 10 to 12 hours without any feeling of discomfort

Writing this review after 3 months of purchase and using daily for Office calls. Pros: 1.One of my team member asked while the stand up call is going on how my voice is so clear and which head set am I using? these aarre the marks for mic. 2.Most of head sets will come with pain in hear as the cushion will put pressure and heavyness of the headset build on using lengthy calls. This audio technica piece was a wonder in that by design. This issue was addressed through light weight design with very less pressure build.Kudos to the product engineers. 3.wire is considerably lengthy. 4.No connecting issues for laptop noticed. One need to buy phone connector (usb to c type)and it may sometimes have connecting issue may be due to the phone connector is of local made. 5. Excellent volume control. 6.Mute On/OFF works. Cons: 1.Not specifically minus point but apart from office calls and educative training sessions on youtube, this might not be for music lovers. 2.Some ppl rised the issue of not audible qhile in phone call when connected to android phone with phone connector(usb to ctype). Though its not the issue with audio technica.

This headphone is ideal for long duration usage since it is light weight, may be because the material used is not of high quality. The "mute" switch works perfectly, very handy for office usage. The wire is long enough. I got a defective volume control button, and the microphone extension is not sturdy enough, it keeps falling back on to the mouth when not in use (folded). Although it has a dual connectivity feature, when connected to phone the microphone does not work. Hence, this can be used only for listening when connected to a phone. After 2 months of usage, the microphone stopped working, do not waste your money on this product.

We purchase 2 of Audio-Technica and 2 of Sennheiser PC-8.2. Utilised by our Sales team who are on calls for 5-6 hours a day. The microphone on this device as well as the call quality is supremely good, way better than the Sennheiser ones. The headset is lightweight too and cushions are comfortable. Sennheiser is better if you are looking to listen to songs or watch movies, as the bass is terrific. But why would you purchase a PC headset for entertainment purposes? Strongly recommending this headset for anyone who works from home, call centers, students etc. Really good quality sound output plus phenomenal microphone!

In this price range, this is ok the mic works ok ok,getting a middle range volume, light weight overall sound quality in my phone getting 40 to 50%max.

Well-made. Sound quality for online meetings is good. Microphone is powerful. Can use with USB A and C (with the adaptor).

First of all its a good quality product yet seems cheaper quality but its way bettet noice cancellation is good and even its work with my phonw due to type c support volume is great and clear at the Highest volume its great

And an extension to type c port has been provided You have physical mute button Cons Build quality is poor and plasticky, hence not matching premium price Sound quality both incoming and outgoing is not good. Listeners complained me that my voice is very low. On the other hand incoming sound is low and cables appear to be loose and had to adjust them to hear properly Overall not satisfied with this headset.
