5 Gallon Water Bottle Dispenser Pump System USB Charging Automatic Drinking Water Pump Portable Electric Water Dispenser (Green)

My water line broke in my fridge and I was spending so much money buying 1 gallon jugs of water that I went searching for an alternative. I found this item and thought I would try it. I am so glad I did. It's so easy to use and is very durable. I like the color. You just charge it, put it on the bottle and it's ready to use. It doesn't change the taste and it doesn't leak. It's a good product. It charges quickly.

Update 02-20-2024. At 4 months, still works great, no problems. Doesn't drip. Still noisy, but used to it now. Really happy this is the one we purchased! MANUFACTURER: On next run, please consider changing charger cord to a longer one, 36” would be much better. With h2o bottle sitting on 12” stool for handy use height, cannot reach USA standard height wall plug. Therefore it requires use of extension cord to charge, and have to wrap it around bottle neck to prevent stress on charger ends. Update 12-19-24. 8 weeks, working great, and does not drip. Still happy! We placed ours on an IKEA stool, perfect height. Have been using three weeks. So far very pleased. Charged through laptop. Tubing was crimped by rubber bands. Placed in hot tap water about 10 min. & set up. Simple, just insert tube end into pump, place hose in water bottle. As others have mentioned variations of these pumps are all noisy-no exception here. Since it doesn’t run continuously, we are ok with that. It’s a powerful pump & clearly has a decent flow rate. Other pumps had complaints that water came out too slowly. Not this one! It comes with a short charging cable (18”) & could be improved. I had to use extension cord & charging brick to be able to charge in place. The charge held well through three five gal bottles. Starting fourth bottle noticeable drop in pressure. Charging resolved that. If my opinion changes, I’ll update. One complaint others had was it sits too loosely on top of bottle. Ours has a small amount of play, but not so that it would fall off if bumped. We are using Le Blue Bottles, pushing small plastic cap through & into bottle. For reference, the bottle top is 2-1/4” across. No need to look at other reviews, doubt you’ll find a better pump. 11-02-24 Update: We are sad our pump has quit working 2 weeks short of one year. Reordering same product again because it’s a great pump, and enabling us to delay purchase of new fridge after failure of filtered in-door water dispenser. Rest of fridge is still going strong. We are selling house in a year; want the fridge to be new, or nearly new, when listing!

I bought this Water Dispenser on January 2nd, and after using it daily for my 5-gallon bottles, I can say it’s worth it. Pros: Battery lasts a long time between charges (I’ve only charged it a few times since Jan). Fits my 5-gallon bottles perfectly, but also works with 2.5 and 3 gallons. Simple one-touch use, no heavy lifting or manual pumping. Compact and easy to carry around the house. Cons: Makes a slight noise while pumping. Would be nicer if the spout was a bit longer for tall bottles. Overall: After nearly 8 months of use, it still works just as well as day one. Perfect for home or office if you want a no-fuss water solution. Highly recommend.

It's pretty and works well but the flow rate is slow. Takes forever to fill up a glass of water.

This dispenser was really easy to set up and use. Perfect for dispensing water from jugs. Looks just like the picture and great for on the go water dispensing like camping/events.

Stylish, works as advertised. I had one already and my partner bought a manual pump dispenser. It didn't take long for him to ask me to order this one for him!

This product does work. The bottles were getting to heavy (or I'm getting too old) to lift and tip onto the crock I used as a dispenser for year. This pump is meant to solve that issue. I still have to lift the bottle a few feet but it's easier. It worked out of the box and one five gallon bottle before I had to charge it. The USB is flimsy and fiddly getting it plugged in / seated well enough. I leave it in and just hook up a USB battery pack. It charges fast and I'll get a better idea how long a charge lasts. I just put it onto my second bottle post charge. It;s not really an issue how long it lasts as it's easy to pop the pack on. I'm more concerned about the entire product's longevity. I've not got much confidence in China manufacturing so I've secreted my crock into a cupboard just in case because failure means a wasted bottle and a shopping trip to get another crock. One always hopes for product longevity, but prepared for the worst (store your old method) and hope for the best. I don't find it to be too loud, both buttons work well. I did sterilize the hose / tubing--and do have some trepidation re the type of plastic. I might replace it with some aquarium tubing because that stuff needs to be poison free or it will kill fish and people will be mad. The tube secures firmly to the pump. Another worry--what if it came off? a wasted bottle and fishing expedition! So far that concern is unfounded. This pump emptied the entire 5 gallon bottle leaving only a few tablespoons that easily dumped into my kettle. I like using a product for a few weeks before leaving a review, but some vendors start begging for a review the second the package hits your porch. I got the yellow/gold pump, goes nice with my red and yellow kitchen. UPDATE: bought this in November of 2023. The USB charging was always fiddly but I always managed to get it to charge. Until now. I'm currently sitting here trying to hold the charger in just the right position to get a bit of a charge into it so I can continue pumping water--until my new one gets here. Yes, I'm going to buy it again. Why? because all these pumps seem to have the same problems, it's a shot in the dark. I feel bad, buying stuff that's got such a short life filling landfills with junk from you know where. So many reviews cite the same problem, you'd think they'd fix it. But no. I had a feeling it might stop working so I kept my crock--I sent my crock to the thrift store--one week ago. And, right on time, the pump fails leaving me fiddling and hoping I can get water until the new fail arrives. There are literally no other choices. All the pumps have the same issue, almost like they're all made in the same place.... Manufacturers, why not fix the issues? It's not like there aren't reviews that outline exactly what they are.

We purchased this specifically for camping and to allow our children easy access to water use. Charged quickly, battery pasted our 3 day trip with no issues. Kids could easily operate without assistance. Made filling pots for cooking a breeze.

At first, this seemed like a great pump, quiet and efficient. We bought this mid Dec 2023, less than 2 months after purchasing, it would occasionally not shut off, causing water to go everywhere and we would have to pull the pump out of the water jug. Now, it just won't work. After charging all night, still nothing. Very dissapointing.
