Bought this to take to a music festival for somewhere to sit and I am so glad I did. It ended up raining for several hours of the concert. We were able to hold this over us and kept the rain off. The water beaded right off when we were done and it easily went back into the bag. Then we got it out again an hour or so later and were able to sit on the wet ground without getting out bums wet. It was such a life saver! Bonus how small it folded up, took up almost no room in our bag.

This little blanket has been handy at music festivals. It easily fits in a purse or clips onto a backpack. It's very lightweight and big enough for two adults to sit on. My only complaint is that because it's water resistant, sweat has nowhere to go. However, it does keep you dry from wet grass underneath, or could be used to shield you from rain, which is the main purpose for me. It also helps save my spot at outdoor events. It's not fancy, but does the trick without being bulky.

I honestly use this more than I thought I would. I basically carry this with me every time I'm heading outside - it's so lightweight and compact I don't think twice about tossing it in my purse or backpack. I've used it to sit next to a lake for an impromptu break while hiking, put under my feet when using a camp chair at a buggy outdoor music festival, spread it out in my car to protect it from particularly dirty stuff, and sprawled on it to people-watch at a park. The fact it's so lightweight does mean it tends to blow around; it definitely can't be left "unattended" without stakes (there are grommets) or weights (there are pockets). And you will feel every rock and bump - there is zero cushioning - it is literally a single, water resistant, fairly durable layer between you and the ground. Which is what makes it so tiny and easy to bring with you everywhere. I've had people laugh as I fold it back up to put in it's (hand-sized) stuff-sack...and then marvel that I did so with minimal effort (yes, you have to fold it...but you don't have to fold it *well*.)

Bought this for a concert festival and absolutely loved it. Part of the area was a weird artificial grass and the durability of it made the grass not hurt or itch. Super easy to use and get in and out of the bag. The color and design were minimalistic but worked great for what I needed it for.

This thing is awesome and versatile. I've used it as a sunshade, picnic blanket, childs tent foot print, rain fly, canopy wall, toddler fort, floor sheet for on the go tummy time, gear cover, improvised poncho, wagon cover, stroller cover, a makeshift wet bag, and awning on my SUV tailgate. I ditched the stuff sack for a pouch half the size and it can be compressed into the size of a tuna can. It's one of my favorite pieces of gear! It goes EVERYWHERE with me.

I have used this couple of times with my friends on a hiking trip and small picnics. Everyone loved it. Only fits 3-4 people. Best with 2 people. It fits in a bag and takes very little space. Great to use at the beaches too.
