This is a quick product review: List of pros: - product the material is really good quality and feels soft - The screen is very responsive - It reads the data great when fastened properly around your wrist - My son is quite small and skinny but it looks really nice on his wrist which I found problematic with other smart watches I purchased in the past. Refer to the pictures I have included in this review - Battery life in our case is on average 5 days which is amazing - App was easy to install and we had no problem with pairing it with the watch List of cons: One problem I found with this watch is when fastened too tight it had bruised my son’s wrist a bit. And the reason why I had to do it that way it’s because the sensors attached to the watch were not reading the data properly when he had it done in a more lose way on his wrist. We moved it slightly up as per the pictures attached in this review and this resolved the issue but my son claims it was more comfortable to have it positioned on his wrist. Overall the watch is nice and worth the money. Personally I would recommend it.

Very nice watch, easy to set up and user friendly. My daughter loves the fact that you can change the face and have a new look and also counting the steps makes it a challenge when we go out for a walk. The customer service was very prompt in responding when I had an issue with the charging, very helpful and efficient in sorting out the problem! Very happy

I bought this watch for my 8yr old son as a replacement for an old one. It's been great so far, battery life is good, the look and options on the screen are good and the watch strap is comfortable. We had some problems with the watch display however we contacted Biggerfive with the problems and they sent a replacement as soon as the issues were proven. So far great watch and great customer service!

Lovely watch, does everything it should but have to keep resetting to app to get time back to normal time, and if one of us is at work kids have to wait till after school to reset it as can not have all 3 devices at once on app as 2 disconnect, Battery life only last about 1 to 2 days, Having to keep charging it up but then the time resets again and have to keep connect to app to reconnect it again, Lovely watch but the strap is to short I have a tall 12 year old and he's on the last strap, with his disability he don't understand that he can not wear it as it don't fit so I have had to make a hole extra for him,

I bought this watch because of all the good reviews but we were very disappointed with it. The battery lasts about 35 hours with the heart rate monitor feature on and less than 60 hours with all features switched off and brightness set to minimum. As soon as the battery reaches 5% the watch switches off and all settings reset to factory settings until it's connected to a phone again. Even after it connects only the clock will adjust automatically but I still have to set all the personalised settings my child prefers. And there's the app, which has so many issues. After each use I have to uninstall and reinstall in order to make it work again. As soon as I come off of it and I want to go back, it's just buffering, white and black screen alternative lights up. I have android phone. On the top of all the issues it's also super simplistic for my 8 year old. It's definitely doesn't worth the money. Or maybe I just got a faulty watch.

Nice looking but quite chunky in depth for a little wrist. Function list as described but poor choice of faces as surely this is something easy to add. I bought my husband a £12.99 smartwatch and it had loads of faces to choose. Most disappointing aspect is the poor battery life. Lasting about 3 days. And quite slow to charge so can't just do it quickly in the morning. I sent him to school with 24% battery thinking it should last till he gets home. He came home annoyed as battery died by lunchtime. There is also no warning. Accuracy is okay. I would say it undercounts steps. Surely a child would do more steps than an adult on a walk but he did 800 less than me and he was running around too. Takes a long time to connect to the app. Each time I look it has to be reconnected which can take ages. Would have sent back but it was from Santa so can't.

Great all round fitness tracker for kids. We've bought a few different brands over the years, and this beats the Fitbit Ace as the screen is better and more colourful. Easy for me 9 year old to use. Vibrating alarm great for school mornings. Brilliant customer service. Only criticism is that is does not seem sensitive enough to pick up all my daughters's steps. But for the price this is a great item and I would recommend above the fitbit which I feel is overpriced for the functionality it gives.

Pour mon fils de 6 ans, reçue en novembre 2021, très bien pour les différentes application podomètre chrono, réveil, sommeil, entraînement spécifique foot pour mon fils.... Juste bémol sur la qualité du bracelet, elle commence a se cisailler sur le côté, voir avec le vendeur s il vend le bracelet seul.. après avoir informé le vendeur, il a été très réactif, et nous a renvoyé un nouveau bracelet, reçu rapidement. J'ai demandé également s'il y avait une manipulation à faire précise pour la connexion entre la montre et le téléphone pour faire la mise à jour quotidienne, car parfois cela peut prendre un peu plus de temps.
