Brilliant buy. Non stick, easy to wash, does exactly what it's meant to. Handle was a bit loose when it arrived but tightend it and haven't had a problem since.

I bought this pan to replace a pan where the black non stick coating was coming off and attaching to food. So far having used this new pan a few times the non stick coating looks to be more durable and resiliant. The pan actually comes with instructions, (who'd have thunk it) however reading the instructions it does say not to just wack the the heat up to full, stick the pan on and away you go as this will damage the non stick coating, so in true follow the rules style, I've decided to follow the instructions and see if it makes actuall make all the difference.Apart from that, the pan seems well made, and is a good weight and size.

Nice looking pan….non stick round the edges but always sticking in the middle. Easy cleaned though.

I have had this pan for a year now, and with good care (alsways washing with the soft side of the sponge) it has stayed in perfect condition. I use it almost every day. I love the clear lid as I can see how the cooking is doing. it is non adhesive so I don t have to use much oil. I would recommend.
