This has really leveled out my mild depression and anxiety. I haven’t had any side effects and also notice feeling more comfortable in my body. I don’t know if that is relief from depression and anxiety or if it is also targeting joints, as it is known do for some people. Either way, I feel pretty darn great!

This had begun working great for me after about a week. I started feeling more like my old self and even my sleep returned to its regular routine. However, this did not last long. My body developed stomach issues with prolonged use, so I stopped. Needless to say, even though my stomach normalized, my undesirable symptoms returned. So, I tried again, this time halfing the tablets and taking it with a light snack, hoping it would avoid causing my stomach pain. Although I was able to go longer, the stomach issues still came back. So, I had to give up. This is not for me, but everybody reacts differently. I would still suggest this to people I know, just letting them know it can lead to stomach pain, because I did start feeling like my normal self in the beginning of use. It could work for someone else, hence the four stars rating.
