It taste really well. Using it for my 25km run and did not face any GI issue. Will consider to try this and Spring Energy for this year end marathon.

So far so good! I’ve only tried 2, but I went with the chocolate this morning. If I’m going to have GI issues it’s going to be with chocolate. I had zero issues and this was the best chocolate flavored gel I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot. I have a sensitive stomach and so far I love both flavors, the consistency, the energy I felt, and no GI issues (which I almost always have w/ gels).
