How does this compare to Cetaphils Moisturizing Cream?

The night cream is a light but rich cream that is gentle and effective. It's creamy, easy to apply. I think it's lighter on your face than the day cream.

Is this product sell by Amazon legit? Almost half of the review have negative comments.

I've bought it from the stores and Amazon and haven't had an issue with it. It's factory sealed and the exact product it should be. I use this cream nightly

Should the jar have a safety seal under the lid?

I have 2 jars and there is no safety seal under the lid on either. The seal is on the outside of the jar. The product information is not printed directly on the container, but on a thin layer of plastic adhered to the outside. Part of the plastic extends onto the lid with Cetaphil printed on it. When the container is opened the seal is broken and the word Cetaphil separates through the middle.

Where is it made and where do the ingredients come from? Tested on animals??

Silk on my skin

I have sensitive skin that doesn’t like most moisturizers, but this one is golden. Hydrates my skin, reduces fine lines, and doesn’t cause a breakout. It feels like silk on my skin, not greasy at all and doesn’t pill especially with makeup. Better than the more expensive moisturizers. Love love love.

Works for me

I've been using Cetaphil's rich moisturizer to combat my dry and patchy skin issues. It did wonders for dryness and flakiness in other areas of my body, but regrettably, it triggered the formation of small bumps on my skin(not a pimples but like a whitehead outside skin). I recently ordered what I believed to be Cetaphil's night cream, but instead, I received a regular but tiny version of the moisturizer. To my surprise, this was lighter and some what watery cream, but this has proven to be effective. My skin is no longer flaky, and I do not develop those troublesome tiny bumps with this cream. Overall, a positive experience with this product. However the size is really small for the price.

Finally!!

So happy I took a chance on this moisturizer! My skin is so dry after a long New England winter and this soothes it leaving it moisturized without having to apply a ton of coats! Will most definitely buy again.

The only moisturizer I can use

I have super sensitive skin. This is the only ,moisturizing cream I have been able to use without breakouts. Have used it for years. Worth the price.

I don’t actually think this is the real product. The consistency of the cream is completely different and a lot thinner than the normal cream. Didn’t see the other bad reviews before buying and mine also was leaking and did not have a seal on the product. Please do not buy!
