This tofu coagulant is perfect for making tofu fa. It comes in a convenient ziplock-like bag and has a texture similar to salt or sugar. I've made multiple batches with it, and the tofu fa always turns out great. It has a slightly sour taste, but the texture is amazing and silky. I measure the coagulant in grams instead of teaspoons, and the tofu fa holds up well even when warmed up in the microwave.

love love love it. the best thing to make my fleur de tofu it taste so good without the back taste you can find using of coagulante. I eat this tofu in all style sweet or saltly from a nice desert with r fresh a fruits nuts and a drizzle of napoleon sirop to using this to make my vegan chicken alternative and i even found a way to use it to make Vegan chawanmushi the japonese egg custard when i added black salt by mistake along with the GJS to my home made soy milk. And I no longer buy silken tofu
