In my years of drawing which is many I've bought number to pencils not so much the mechanical wants even though I love them I never had the patience to change out the lead except for now I bought very nice mechanical pencils along with this lead for filling them I got to say it was worth it they are very nice and come in contact nice packaging like tic tacs it's the only way I can explain how nice the packaging is for the lead where they don't break any could store them away and save space at the same time. But they are definitely worth the value of the money they are harder to break and they give a nice point if you are a drawer and you want to use these for that then I do recommend it. I was never wanted for mechanical pencils because they never had the patience as I had mentioned but with these new leads that I found and nice mechanical pencil that I bought is definitely a win-win I would recommend these pencil leads for you or for your child in school they're really nice this sharpness is there they're a little thicker but not too thick and they function well again I do recommend this product. Material is great writes good very durable designed well and I work in hvac construction so I use these pencils a lot for layout

Fantastic price but with a caveat... I've got two primary mech pencils for which I bought these... one is a fountain pen-looking pencil (fountain pencil?), and the other is a Pentel P205. The lead works great in the fountain pencil, doesn't break easily and yes, is a nice shade. Oddly, though, it doesn't fit the Pentel P205... you can push it through the tip with your finger, but it is too tight for the internal mechanism to feed the lead through. That said, the P205 tends to feel tighter, in general, and break (other) lead more frequently anyway, so I suppose I'll just stop using the P205. So, JUST BE AWARE that this lead may not fit some (tighter-fitting) pencils.

Great lead so far. I ordered the June Gold 0.9mm 4B lead refills to pair with my Pentel GraphGear 1000 mechanical pencil, to use for the illustration class I’m taking. I have no complaints so far. The lead is durable, it has a nice, creamy-smooth lay down of pigment and it works perfectly for shading. You don’t have to apply much pressure to get a nice, rich, dark lay-down. You can achieve a wide variety of shades by varying application pressure. Definitely capable of laying down some dark, crisp lines as well, even in the large 0.9mm diameter. It smudges fairly easily, but that is to be expected with any soft graphite. It’s also very easy to remove pieces of lead from the container, contrary to what some reviews here say. I will be purchasing more from this brand in the 0.3mm, 0.5mm and 0.7mm sizes to pair with my other 3 GraphGear pencils.

These leads are very dark and work well in my 0.9mm Pentel. I have more than I will use in a lifetime but I prefer the dark leads. No breakage so far. Smooth drawing and writing. The nice dispensers help keep everything organized and straight.

Easily stored for future use. Reasonable price. Quality product. Suitable for an artist.

El precio por estas puntillas es excelente. Lei algunas reseñas que dicen que se hacen polvo al usarlas pero en mi caso no sucedió. Bastante resistentes para ser 0.5 4B. Buena intensidad. Recomendado, no lo piensen.

330 leads for the same price as 36 from Pentel. Enough said! I’m pretty sure my primary school kids can’t tell the difference.
