Brilliant, expandable macro flash system
I have been interested in macro for a long time but have struggled with lighting. I saw this reviewed on a Youtube channel and immediately ordered this set. The packaging is great and the system is easy to setup and use. I have since added a third unit for more versatility and I expect to add a 4th before too long. Being able to expand the kit over time is a great feature. The integration of these flashes into the overall Godox family is also a huge plus - I have amassed 4 strobes plus these units and have been able to use them all together without problem. I really, really like that Godox have built out their own ecosystem and it is great to know that I could move to a new camera system and would only have to buy a new controller to be able to keep using my (rapidly expanding) family of flash units. Note that you have to already own one of the Godox flash controllers (I have the X-Pro for my Fujis) or buy one in addition to this kit.

As a dental professional, macro photography is required in my field and this gives great picture quality for a great price

Perfect for Macro Photography
Perfect for my macro needs. Easy to use and comes with everything you need apart from an appropriate trigger which I had to buy separately. The light is quite harsh without proper diffusion. I have bought third party diffusers that were specifically designed for the MF-12. Here is the first image I have produced with them - a 61 image photo stack - probably needs more diffusion. The other photograph is my macro set up.

Great piece of kit.
This is a great piece of kit, but it is a little annoying that the flash trigger must be purchased separately. However having said that, once I had all of the parts required I had everything set up and taking stunning pictures within 3 minutes.

Very good quality and excellent value for money
I bought these to replace a similar Meiki unit I had which wasn't compatible with my EOS R5. This Godox flash is so much better, the only thing I dislike is it's a bit tricky removing the flashes from the ring.

Very versatile macro flash now just know that there is no high speed sync 160th sec is it You will need a transmitter like the Xpro or the X2T
