Quality of drink
I really like this drink! I keep one upstairs on an open windowsill to keep it cold. Great for Blood sugar control. Good taste.

Taste is ok
They are super easy to use. Just grab one, shake it, drink it. No mixing or anything. Good for mornings or when you dont feel like eating a full meal.I like that it has protein and nutrients in it. It helps if someone needs extra support or doesnt eat alot during the day. It feels filling enough for a small drink.

Good drink for meal substitute
My husband who is a type one diabetic uses these drinks for a meal replacement or snack. He likes the chocolate flavor and prefer to drink it cold. The cost is reasonable.
