Chemistry Model Kit - Molecular Model Kit for General and Organic Chemistry - Student and Teacher Molecular Modeling Set (123 Pieces)

The quality of the product is much better than I had initially anticipated for the price point. I like how the connections are sturdy but at the same time effortless to remove with the included tool. The extra long double/triple bonds flex without popping out and hold their shape pretty well. I anticipate being able to connect and re-connect them innumerable times before they degrade in quality. Each part of this set is very well made -no cracks, no peeling, no excess material. What you see in the item picture is what you get. So far, a great purchase on my part.

I started using this model when unable to understand some of the reactions and how they changed without visually and manually working through the rearrangements of the molecules. This is an affordable kit but lacks additional colors for more complex reactions found in the university level. I'm sure there are kits with more colored balls so this one I had to sometimes use a different color for some molecules. This is great for any middle school, high school and freshmen in college. May need to buy a kit with more options if the student is more advanced in college courses and just wants to grab and work on the kit without having to substitute molecules.

I bought this for my friend who is struggling through Organic Chemistry, and she loves it! Especially as someone who learns best tactically, this kit really helps her visualize molecules that would otherwise be hard to visualize from a flat 2D representation. It appears to be well made (it's still pretty new), but I think it's gonna hold up over time. The included tool to help remove some of the links is also really helpful. As long as this holds up over time, I think this is a great kit to have, especially if you are going through a difficult class like Organic Chemistry!

I bought this model kit for a student who plans to study chemistry in college. He has used it to study molecular shapes and more. It is equal in quality to model kits that are three times more in cost. My only wish is that more short grey and long grey bonds be included versus tas many tiny white (more difficult to remove) bonds. The number of atoms included is generous and exactly what students need to build a variety of molecular structures.

Nice product. I work as a chemist and I needed these to explain some molecular level issues to colleagues without a chemistry background. Apparently I threw away my set from college long ago, but it's all for the better as this set is MUCH nicer to work with in every way. The manufacturer even followed up to insure I was happy with the product, which goes a long way for me as well.

This is a great molecular kit. It is very easy to put the pieces together and separate them. It perfect for the representation of small molecules. If you need a larger molecule, all you have to do is get a second kit.

This was a gift for my son who became interested in chemistry after a visit to local kids museum that had an activity to connect atoms together to make molecules. It is a great tool for those interested in science at an early age. The pieces fit together nicely yet come apart easily too.

A great kit, just wish the dividers inside were slightly taller so that the bonds couldn't move to the other sections when I put it in my bag.
