I love farro
For some reason, farro is hard to find in local stores. It’s hit or miss, or will have in the next time you go to buy a package. It’s not there anymore not even the shelf. Thankful to be able to order it from Amazon and have it delivered right to my house. This is some seriously good stuff and I love it in a grain bowl

It’s delicious, nutritious and vegan
I’m doing my best to eat as much plant based food as possible. I still eat some salmon occasionally. The farro is delicious and I use it to make grain bowls and a delicious autumn salad with roasted sweet potatoes and other veggies. It’s easy to cook and I can make enough to use for future dishes. I just put it in Tupperware and it keeps for a while. No bugs. The texture is great, kind of chewy which I love. And it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.

Yummiest grain I've ever eaten! Great texture & solid! Add what you wish for flavor!
Its expensive but so glad I finally located here! I love the texture and crunchy yaste of this grain! I only wish I could buy in a larger bag! I reordered 4 - 24 oz bags as this goes quickly as it tastes so great! I add dehydrated veggies, Mrs. Dash seasoning, a few other dried herbs and cook till its fluffy but still has a crunch. I also added a tiny bit of dried no salt chicken bouillon once. I need to nail down my favorite seasonings to get a consistent meal! It's a very tasty grain that has a consistency that is incredible & like no other! Yummy with a solid crunchiness sort of. Much better than quinoa or rice! I added some grated cheddar cheese to get a bit more protein to make a great meal. Cook on low after boiling. I would estimate up to 30 mins. I keep resetting my timer by 15 mins. It's the only thing I actually prepare on my stove top as I don't think it would work in microwave. Best grain I've ever tasted with iron & lots of healthy vits & carbs. The consistency is fantastic!

Love Farro.
Good stuff. Love it. Hard to find in grocery stores, not even Wholefoods. Would prefer to buy at WF but they stopped selling Farro, shipping was excellent. Got it very fast. Good quality.
