I am absolutely enraged with the seller of this product. When I set the product up at home, it was impossible to move it to the desired place because the stupid legs/slats just fall out and clatter all over the floor causing a nuisance with the neighbours below. There is absolutely no way to move the product without dismantling and rebuilding it every 5 mins. Absolute waste of workout time. The slats should fit in and stay in but they don't. I therefore generated a return and the seller sent me a QR code together with a list of EVRI places I could drop it off to return it. I then walked a mile to the drop-off point with the cumbersome box (hurt my back in doing so) only to be told by the Post Office that the code the seller gave me wasn't working. In the post office, cancelled the return THRICE and regenerated the code but to no avail. I am livid and because I've hurt my back trying to return it, I was unable to carry the box back home and had to leave it in the post office (unauthorised) and hobbled home. Now the seller gets to keep my £40 and I have nothing to show for it. Absolute rip off sending me fake QR codes on three occasions. DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO RETURN IT AND THE SELLER RUNS OFF WITH YOUR MONEY
