It is a great value for my money providing an aide to fitness. Very sturdy for all the things it is used in my exercises and the size was the best possible for me during physical therapy exercises

I’m very pleased with my purchase of the fitness bar. I have been using a name brand version that my physical therapy center got me using for my frozen shoulder. I was a little hesitant to buy an offbrand, but I was so pleased with my purchase that I ordered one for my parents. This fitness bar gives your arms and shoulders a great workout. I watched some videos on how to use the bar with various exercises. It is lightweight and incredibly sturdy. Great value. I highly recommend for anybody working through a shoulder injury or just wanting to get an upper body workout. It’s shocking that you only do this for a minute or two and really feel your muscles starting to burn.

I just started using the OSCILLATING SLIM Fitness Bar, and I’m really impressed! This elastic exercise bar is perfect for adding some variety to my workouts. The vibration feature gives an extra challenge, and I can already feel my muscles working! It’s lightweight and easy to handle, making it great for both strength training and flexibility exercises. If you’re looking for a unique workout tool to spice up your routine, I definitely recommend giving this a try!

This bar is a bit stiff; otherwise it is useful in exercise.

Was able to use a body blade of a friend and enjoyed the workout. Opted to try one of the knockoffs. Seems to be equally effective and easy to use once you get the motion down . Enjoy it as a piece of exercise equipment that is very portable . Like the concept of the work out you get by using this type of equipment

Saw the more expensive, spring-type, equivalents and skeptical of body-builder demo videos, went and bought this one. Came double-boxed, with original inside big Amazon. And definitely not an export model, as had no ID name, no manufacturer info, and just printed three color-selection choices in Chinese, and the black-colored one's box had a check mark, as ordered. And more skeptical after pulled it out of Amazon's box; as found a very-old, dried-up, milky-faded, full-length plastic wrapper bag that was not-sealed. And also inside this box found a two-sided "HOTWAVE BAR - Training Program" sheet, and all text in "USA English". But curiously, had no online dot-com or USA support info for the "Happy" - "Not Happy" info section found at the bottom of the front side sheet. But am impressed with their easy-to-understand recommended training program exercises and depicted graphics, which made me give it a '3-out of-5" Star Rating. In use, it works fine, and am satisfied with that, but all three soft rubbery handles were found to be "sticky", and after third use decided to wash it by hand with anti-bacterial liquid soap., which one should do. And as suspected, in rinsing and wringing out the washcloth used, got dirty rinse water and dried off, the handles are no longer sticky. Plus detected the handles had no fresh rubber-or-plastic odor, typical of it being a recent inventory storage. Bottom line, just like a Hydrogen Infuser Watter Bottle that I purchased last March, and had to send back, both were for local "on the street" vending overseas. So, be aware of what's being sold out there. And if purchased, hope you get one in better shape than the one sent me.

This gives a good workout.

She said it gives her arms a totally different kind of a work out in a very short amount of time. She bought it primarily for the vibrations that it generates while using it, in hopes that it will be one more way to maintain or improve bone density. Even though I think it is a bit quirky, she feels she has gained arm strength and coordination since using it. She finds it easy to hold and has created different ways to use it. It is affordable for an extra piece of exercise equipment. My wife is petite and has small hands but it is very light weight and easy for her to handle. She really likes it and would like a second one so that she can work both arms at once. It works as advertised.

It's a good way to get the blood pumping especially if you have mobility issues. It's a clever bit of kit and no mistake.

Purchased following other reviews on this site . Very different than the thin , longer sicks which we use in class and initially quite difficult to use . Persistence paid off and eventually ' got the knack ' of making the stick vibrate . Obviously has the same effect on muscle as the other versions , just a little more difficult to manipulate
