Very good headseat if you work from home and need to block background noise. I have 2 toddlers and whenever a customer is on my line they cannot hear my kids screaming. The battery is long lasting, i work 8+ hrs and i have never encounter any issues of running out of battery. Yes is wireless and of course it comes with the usb adapter. The sound quality is very good

Edit: I came back to update my review of this product. Although I did experience the issue mentioned below in my original review, the company reached out several times and really went above and beyond to stand behind their products and ensure that they could turn this into a positive experience without me even pushing the issue. Exceptional customer service is such a rare quality nowadays, so I felt compelled to make sure I made this update to give the company credit for their actions. I really wanted to love this headset. I tried it for about 30 days and had to return it. I can say it’s super easy to setup and the speaker and microphone were crystal clear with no static or extra noise, even if you blow on the microphone (which is a habit I have to check if my mic is working, so fortunately or unfortunately, that test doesn’t work with this microphone). My issue with the headset is that the charging prongs on the standing charger don’t automatically engage with the charging port on the headset when you store the headset on the stand. I had to wiggle the headset back and forth on the stand to get it to connect with the charging prongs (you will know it’s charging because the indicator light changes color). Several times I’ve wiggled it into the right position to charge and closed down my home office for the day, only to pick up the headset for a conference call the following day and be met with a message stating “low battery”, at which point the headset shuts itself off. Super inconvenient and caused me to fumble around for my wired headset while unable to hear coworkers on the call actively speaking to me. After a few instances of this, I decided to return it. I know the headset can be attached directly to the charging cord, but I paid extra for the charging stand to have somewhere to both store it properly AND simultaneously charge it. Otherwise I would have just bought the cheaper version with no charging stand (which I still might do, because overall the headset worked great when it was charged).

I love this except that it will not charge. It sits on the cradle perfectly, the prongs are lined up, and it still will not charge. The sound is great, the microphone is clear… but when it died I had to plug it directly in and the cradle would not work. Kind of disappointing for something that’s main feature is it’s ease of use and of course it happened outside of the return window.

I've worked from home since just before the pandemic hit. Our equipment included a desk phone like we used in the call center and I had a wireless headset I'd been using for probably 10 years. It was great using it at home because if it was slow and I wasn't getting calls, I could do things around the house like wash dishes, do laundry, or other small tasks. But they recently switched us to VoIP which would eliminate the desk phone and sent us USB headsets. Not wanting to be "tied down" I started looking for wireless headsets and found this one. I ordered it and received it a few days before the change to the new system so I tested it out. It paired easily with my Xbox as well as my mobile phone and worked well with each of them. After pairing it with my work equipment and doing the switch to VoIP, I had the same results as with my Xbox and phone. Since this headset works as a microphone and speaker, I can hear notifications for new instant messages or emails directly in my ear which is very helpful if I'm away from my desk. My office is on the second floor in the back of my house and I've been able to use this headset to walk out from to check my mail so it has great range, too. I like that it can be charged by putting it on its base or plugging into it directly and the charge lasts a full 8 hours. It might last longer but I've never used it beyond work. This was the first headset I tried so I got lucky finding it because I didn't have to try several different ones. It's a great piece of equipment. Edit: My original review was around July or August of 2022, I think. It is now March of 2024 and this headset still works like brand new. I did have an issue recently and messaged the seller. They were able to help and didn't stop until my issue was resolved. This is an amazing company and an amazing product! Don't pass this one by!

I bought this headset in June 2022, and it’s still working more than three and a half years later. I’m writing this review to share how well it has held up over time. I love the battery life—I can use it for over eight hours on a full charge, and it keeps going without failing during long sessions. I use this headset daily for Zoom meetings, Teams meetings, Facebook calls, incoming customer service calls, and voice-over recordings. The sound clarity and noise canceling were great until recently. On February 6, 2026, while recording a voice-over, I noticed a clicking sound during playback that hadn’t been there before. The headset itself still works fine, but the microphone quality has declined. Also, after about two years of use, the black ear-muff cover came off, so I’ve been using it without the cover, just the cushion. Its not cosmetically pleasing to the eyes but still works for calls and listening to music, just not for recording.

I can’t rave about how amazing this noise cancelling headset is. I have 3 cats and a toddler so cancelling other noises while I’m on work calls is a must. Nothing, and I mean nothing can be heard in the background. My cat had meowed directly into the microphone, no one heard it. My child has screamed so loud from the next room that my ears rang, no one heard it. The only cons I have found are that sometimes the Bluetooth disconnects and won’t reconnect for a while and that the headset won’t leave pairing mode unless I “forget” it under my setting and add it again. Overall for the price, this headset is amazing and better than any other headset I have owned.

Maybe I’m crazy (likely the case) but I loved this headset. I work 9-12hour shifts on the phone and this headset is simple and worked for a good while. (This is where I might be the crazy one) I started having issues with it in mid Sept 2025 after about 2 years. This is the 2nd (but same) headset I have purchased and I just don’t think the shelf life should be 2 years… How long should these last? Maybe I’m crazy? It now randomly mutes, doesn’t hold a charge, and will lose connection (even tho I use the dongle?!) These are the exact issues my first one had, now if it’s meant to be a temporary piece of equipment I guess it’s great, but if that’s the case, I’d rather use the crappy free wired ones the office provides…
