A Red Chili Oil MUST HAVE - No Getting Around It - Great Value - Highly Recommended
You have to have this red pepper if you are making Red Chili Oil and the like. I have tried to be cheap and use other chili flakes and my chili oil never comes our red nor as flavorful. These Sichuan Chili Flakes are the real deal. They are fresh, loaded with flake and seeds, have a good heat level and excellent taste. A must have. You get what you pay for. Great Value - Highly Recommended

Alright if you’re nightshade-free and looking for heat without flavor
They don’t have much flavor. They are very hot. But unlike crushed red pepper, they have pretty much no flavor. It was fresh which was nice.

Have enjoyed this product
I must keep my diet very low in sodium, so I cook every meal myself. Leaving out the salt tends to lead to bland food, so I use lots of vinegar and spices in my cooking. Since I started using Amazing Chile products, it's helped quite a bit in making my food more palatable. I looked up recipes for chili crisp and modified it not to use sodium products and I really like the results. I definitely like this brand. Everything I've tried so far has been excellent quality.
