Excellent product we use this consistently to make vegan cheese with.

I use the carrageenan to make vegan cheese since I am trying to get away from dairy. It produced a nice texture, smelled and tasted OK.

I prefer this over agar agar in making vegan cheese, and less is required for the same recipe.
