I rarely write reviews but I will for this product. This powder is excellent. No artificial ingredients, added sugars, chemicals. Strictly the 3 constituent plant fibers. 8g of fiber per serving is very good. Being USDA organic is nice too, do not see this for many fiber supplements. It dissolves very well, best in hot liquids. I add it to my coffee. It disolves fine into cold water as well, just takes more stirring. The taste is actually pleasant. A very subtle creaminess, reminds me of taro. I experienced no digestive side effects of any kind. After a few days there was a noticable improvement to my movements. More regular, complete eliminations. I also have a increased feeling of saitety after consuming which has allowed me to eat less. I will continue to consume this daily for the foreseeable future. Have set up a subscription to this end. My wife and I both are having it and seeing benefits. One worthy of mention of course, I aim for about a gallon of water a day. Thus, the potentially dehydrating effects of concentrated fiber have never been an issue for me. If you drink little water, you may consider increasing water intake when increasing fiber. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to increase fiber intake.

Mixes easily with water or beverage of your choice and helps to meet the daily intake requirement for fiber when eating on the run. Has no taste and you don't even know it is in there. A very helpful component of my gut healing protocol.

I've recently been making an herbal tea and have added one scoop of this fiber to the tea. I don't have any issues with mixing and dissolving, and I don't notice a taste. I've drunk this in the morning and finish during shift. I have noticed I do not feel hungry or think about food. By the time I get home around near 5pm, the hunger is not violent at all. I think this will help me with my weight loss goals. It's either this at work, or the herbs in the tea (ingredients below) also have something to do with it. I'm kind of halfway through with the jar and have another waiting in my cart to repurchase. If anyone is curious about my herbal tea, I usually combine this with a tsp of matcha powder, then in a tea pouch, I add dry black tea, small pieces of fresh ginger, cloves, fennel seeds, star anise, cardamon pods, rosemary (raw or dry), and half a stick of cinnamon. I add all these to water (no milk necessary) with occasional MCT oil. I don't feel hungry. I knocked one star off because the removal of the lid is near impossible. I don't know if they are sealing it with some type of glue they melt down or what, but I had to get my dad to open it. This is not the first time I've seen reviews mention that it's tough to get open. The company has something good for a product, but the packaging needs to be revised. Other than that, I will surely buy this again.

Purchased this because Garden of Life raw fiber was out of stock. This is a flavorless white powder which does not dissolve well and actually clings to the side of the glass when drinking. Maybe works better when combined in a smoothie but imo very expensive for 8.5 ounces. Can't recommend.

This product is life changing. I mix it with my protein powder in the morning and keep it movin! Has fixed my liquid gut!

I wanted to try an organic and naturally based pre-biotic supplement and see what, if any, difference it made to the one I purchased at the store. WOW, unbelievable difference. I have taken daily for a full month so I could leave a thorough review. I did find it has a subtle flavor which I would expect from a naturally sourced minimally processed supplement. I chose to mix it with my greens instead of coffee. It dissolves completely, no graininess whatsoever. Initially, I experienced some stomach discomfort so I reduced the amount I added to allow my body appropriate time to acclimate to this new introduction into my dietary routine. I’m so glad I did! It has made a huge difference in my gut health. I have zero bloating or gas with this product. The benefits of a healthy gut are too many to get into on a review, but, immunity, energy, and brain fog are the top three I wanted to address. It is important to remember food and supplements are fuel and tools to optimize our bodies. You must know your own engine and adapt and adjust to what your individual needs are. I’m super grateful I found this supplement and allowed my body to tell me how to build into maximizing its potential in my system. Like the product, but it does not have a full 30 servings as described. Very hard to dissolve in cold water, not so bad in tepid water.
