This is amazing!! If you struggle with anxiety or depression I highly recommend this!! I’ve tried CBD, valerian root, all sorts of remedies, and I find that those just help me cope with symptoms and don’t actually treat or prevent them. I have way less bad days and feel way less sad and it’s even helped (Not cured) me with my stuttering problem which has been a huge burden in my life. I have had allergic reactions when taking these capsules. Since I take other supplements, it took me a while to isolate which one it was. My skin began to itch and tingle all over my body, and I had trouble breathing. I'm going to try another brand to see if it's just this brand. Once the allergic reaction subsides after several minutes, I do believe the GABA helps with my anxiety. There was another supplement in the past that did the same thing, but when I changed brands, there was no longer an allergic reaction.
