With so many terrible reviews I went with my gut and gave it a whirl. It took me over 3 hours to figure out how to get these cameras to connect because the directions aren’t helpful at all. I did some research and found that the cameras will run interference with each other as well as the parent unit. Keep the parent unit off and set up the cameras in completely different rooms and had absolutely no issues. I think this is where all the bad reviews came from. I’ve been using for a week and have one 1 SMALL issue with these camera and it’s the few second lag but that’s almost all monitors these days. Will update in a few months. I hope this helps someone.

These absolutely do not work and we’ve been going through the arduous process of troubleshooting and contacting their customer service for two weeks. They will only communicate by email and it takes days for responses. Their only offer was for us to mail back the units at our expense and their team would attempt to duplicate the issues we’ve had and said if they could, they’d replace them under warranty. If not, they didn’t offer an alternative option. These units would not pair or work consistently out of the box. We completed every firmware update, reset, re-paired, restarted, allowed them the time CS recommended to complete a full reset, etc. The amount of effort and time we’ve had to spend on $350 monitors is frustrating. I would buy anything else out there, so that’s what we’re doing - returning them and buying something else.

I had an issue with an add on camera I purchased pairing with my monitor. I called and spoke with Richard. We tried trouble shooting a couple things briefly and realized it was an issue with the camera. No questions asked a replacement was sent out to me. I would not only recommend the Babysense monitor for ease of use and great quality but also for their customer service. You don't ever get live people and easy conversation like this anymore. Thank you! and their customer service was above and beyond.

Absolute junk. Feels cheaply made right out of the box, connection issues/ software make it totally useless. Not to mention zero customer support- go ahead and try to contact them before you buy! If you get through tell them I want my money back.

First off, when this was working, it was great. Until it wasn’t. The 2 camera set up was working good until 13 months of use. After 14 months the second camera quit working. Turns out it is a connection issue and they aren’t connecting to the monitor. Of course, they only have a 12 month warranty. I argued and fought with Hubble and the most they would do for me is sell me camera’s at $99 each, or 25% off a whole new unit. When I bought this is was $330, that’s quite a premium price for a low quality QC. At least when you buy a $70 set, you already expect for something like this to happen.

It featured a split screen which is only obtainable through the app on your phone. Not on the lcd monitor itself, as advertised. The screen keeps blacking out and showing static and fuzz. The quality isn’t super great for the picture clarity at night. The battery life doesn’t last as long as it says it does. Maybe an hour or two unplugged. Disappointed overall.

I really like the fact that you can move the cameras around and you can see both at the same time. Only thing is I wished that it had a wider frame range.

I wanted an affordable option that had both monitor and phone options. My last one only had a monitor and I regretted buying it when my son broke it after only a year. The sound is good, I can hear when my toddler whispers. The picture quality is okay but not the best. Night vision isn’t perfect either but it is better than my last one. I have one in baby’s room and the playroom right now. And I plan on adding another in my toddlers room. It moves well and it’s so nice to be able to go anywhere in my house or yard and still see/hear the kids playing and baby sleeping without having to carry around a monitor. The monitor itself has the split screen option and can have 4 cameras connected to it. This will be nice for me because I have both a 2 year old and baby I need to hear/ see at night and nap time. I have two complaints. The first is there is about a 10 second delay on the monitor and 5 second delay on my phone. The second is I don’t think you can buy just a camera, at least I haven’t found one yet. If I have to buy another two cameras and monitor, I will be annoyed. But I plan on using the extra camera and monitor as my travel system. I don’t want anyone else hooked up to the cameras on their phone so the extra monitor wouldn’t go to complete waste.
