It gives you the energy needed in the morning. For some people could be a bit much, taste like dirt, it doesn’t bother me because I like the nutty flavor besides I added to my hazelnut coffee and flavor coffee cream and uff it’s delightful.

It's a flavor you need to get use to.

I gave up coffee a few months ago, because of medical reason. I miss it, but now I drink tea, golden milk, and mushroom powder which are healthier options. I like this powder because I have been using it as a coffee substitute which doesn't quite compare, but I know it is better for me. I love that this one is organic/ non-gmo and doesn't contain any sweeteners or fillers, and contains a great blend of superfood mushrooms. I've added a little bit of cacao and shilajit drops to it to give it a little more flavor and depth and smokiness. Yes this bag is a little small (3oz) but the serving sizes are also small (half tsp, so you get around 85 servings per bag, or more if you buy the larger bag). Overall good product and experience!

Let me start by saying I’m a big herbal Tea drinker and coffee once in a while. I’ve been using this consistently for a little more than 2 weeks. I just boil water and add maybe a teaspoon or two. I don’t add anything else as I want pure taste and benefits. Honestly it taste like dirt. If you think black coffee taste like dirt.. this taste like rubbing your finger in the ground and then licking it. HOWEVER, the benefits are true! I drink it about twice a day and It has been helping some of my gut or digestive issues so the taste becomes bare able or worth it. I am pescatarian and pretty health conscious but have always had gut issues except while vegan. I love fish and dairy so if this helps my gut issues as natural remedy without vegan diet then so be it. I wish it was smooth like coffee but that’s my honest review.

I have damaged nerves from diabetic neuropathy. Lion’s Mane and other mushrooms in this product have been found to repair/regenerate damaged nerves and help grow new nerves. A few days after mixing this product with my morning coffee (and creamer), I noticed less numbness in my legs and feet. The pain in my neck and spine also decreased and my posture has improved. An added bonus is that my appetite seems to be satiated with less food. I mean, I jokingly call myself a glutarian because I only eat one meal a day and I eat a lot in that one meal. On the third day of taking this product, I could only eat half the food I made. Curious about this I discovered that Lion’s Mane regulates the appetite, resulting in weight loss.

Flavor and effects of this powder are ok, not better or worse than any others I have tried, so nothing special. I couldn't figure out why my Subscribe and Save order was stuck in a delayed status for over a week, so came to the product page. Cost was $15.99 in June and has been raised to $19.99 in August. Absolutely nothing about this product is worth a 25% cost increase in 2 months time! Beware of price gouging and stay away from this company!

Love this product! It arrived in perfect condition and super quick! You can't beat the price and quality. I love that it gives me an energy boost without jitters and helps me focus throughout the day.

This dissolves well in my coffee but most does settle to the bottom so I do keep stirring. It gives the coffee a bit of an earthier flavor that I personally like. I haven't noticed any apparent health benefits to taking mushrooms but it is an easy addition. This one is more expensive than others I've tried. But I do think it is a quality product. The package states it is "crafted" in Los Angeles but doesn't state where the mushrooms are wild harvested. La Republica is a US based family owned company and has been in business since 2018 and have a website.
