can i use with all clear test? i was adding 5 drops and comparing on strip. sounds like i can't.

Should work the same. If you used five drops before, you should receive similar results. Normal ranger is 7.4 to 7.6.

does this replace small bottles of pleonol red where you just put 3 drops in test kit or is it to be used in special test kits where U need 2 mix

This is a large bottle of the same thing, you can use it to refill your little dropper bottle. As long as you are using the Pentair Rainbow brand already. The Pentair Rainbow brand OTO is the clear of this test. You cannot mix brands the test will not be accurate.

What is the concentration of Phenol Red in this solution?

I did not see anything on the bottle that would answer your question. I found it to be less concentrated than the standard Phenol Red that comes with test kits. It does have a Chlorine stabilizer in it. I found through the trial and error method, that in using the same test vial for chlorine and putting in 7 drops as opposed to the recommended 5, the reading was the same as the reading using 5 drops in the larger PH vial in the test kit with the solution I saved from the kit so I could make the comparisons. It took a few trials, but the money saved was worth it because you get the neutralizer already in the solution so you need not buy that separately. It does not come with a eyedropper so you will need to get one or (not recommended) pour some into the vial that came with your test kit. Hope this helps.
