Approved by OT and PTs alike!
My wife is an OT and works with PTs all the time. This splint was reviewed by all of them and the consensus was that this was a well constructed splint and performs like it states. The splint was for me because I have developed a trigger finger on my pinky of all fingers. The base of the splint was malleable enough that we were able to bend it slightly so that it fit my finger and side of my palm correctly. The splint and the straps are comfortable and do not interrupt a persons sleep. So far it seems like the splint has been helping. My finger does not trigger as much or as long as it used to in the morning. I would certainly suggest this product to anyone that needs a splint like this.

Works well - needs minor adjustment
This product really helps to stabilize the injured finger and is comfortable with one minor exception. The part that lays in the palm of your hand (which is not seen in the picture because the have the finger portion very high up) if fairly large and pokes into the palm. That part is flexible enough to bend it so it is not painful (but is if you don't bend it). It would be a simple fix for them to simply make if smaller. It's a good idea in theory but is not so good for comfort. However, it is easy to put on, it stays on well and works. The 1 star off is simply for the palm pad portion. I would recommend it.

Reduces pain, but it isn't a cure.
It does keep finger stationary, but I wanted a cure. I know, unreasonable. I'm about to see the hand surgeon. The trigger finger just isn't going away, although this product helped with the pain.

injured knuckle joint- told it wasn't fractured
This splint, worn for three weeks, helped me endure the healing phase of a "sprain" of the MPC joint of my middle finger. I got it as an inexpensive alternative to going to a specialist for an MRI of what they said was not a fracture. It allowed movement of all the other joints (I'm a flutist, and could play when wearing the splint!) while imobilizing the offending knuckle. I was able to remove it to shower, then put it back on.

Terrible quality!
I bought this product for my relative over sea and cannot return it. I would, if I could. It was worn at night only and after seven nights the glued parts separated and it is now of no use. I am ashamed for the quality of this product bought in America. Priced much higher than for a single use, so it should serve longer. The title says "improved version" I wonder what original version was known for and what was improved?

Works temporarily, but highly overpriced.
This did the job for about a week. The piece that fits in the palm shifted and never fit the same. I found better options in the pharma isle for about the third of the price. Not worth the money that I spent.

Splint does its job. Easy to use and adjust.
I think the splint has already helped with my trigger finger (stenosing tenosynovitis) along with anti-inflammatory meds. I use it during the night while I'm sleeping so that I don't bend my hand into a fist. The joint seems less swollen already (my ring almost fits again). It doesn't take long in the morning until I can move the finger pretty well. Not as much 'catching' or popping anymore. The splint is easy to adjust around the finger and keeps the finger from bending. Make sure the hand velcro is wrapped straight and reasonably tight so it doesn't move at night while you're asleep.

Should have bought this from the beginning
I got the hand fix first. Mistake. This is much easier to fit to my hand, plus is stabilizes my palm, which the handfix does not. I'm surprised that it was comfortable when I slept. And I am a very light sleeper. It does slip around when you try to use the hand, but it's a reminder to stop using the injured hand. It could also use a little more padding as the aluminum rubs a bit on the palm. That's the only reason this isn't 5 stars for me. It's only been a day, so I will update if anything changes after the recommended rest of the hand. :)
