Awesome product

This product is easy to cut to shape and install. I use the biggest pieces that I could properly apply and remove the backing. When working in corners, be careful to get it positioned correctly the first time, because the adhesive is very strong and you cannot move it once it sticks (the product will tear if you try to peel it up).

Not sure how to put it. Adhesive noise canceling foam sticks great to to the surface you're adhering it to, but not well to the aluminum backing. Did adhesive would stick to my fingers and tear off from the backing thus removing the sound deadening material and causing a mess. Other products that are tacky you can kind of fiddle with getting in tight spaces, when I tried with this product if it's stuck on the surface to well or for too long it would rip whenever I would pick it up to move it. Can't comment on the sound deadening side of the product because I used two different products. If I had to go back I would have stuck with the other one in terms of ease of installment. I don't want to discredit this product completely though, it was a good price and my trunk is definitely quieter.

It.works great in my new 2024 Cargo van.Express.it was very loud.in side the van.the road noise. thru the weelwells side walls.Etc..now let me tell you the has made a great difference In the sound reduction. No more loud talking. I.can here my cell phone ring. Keeps heat out in the summer.warm in the winter.here in upstate n.y. Sticks great.Just take your time.with it Forms nice easy to cut. Great product.

Cuts easily with a carpet knife, and the stickness is perfect It really will stick well to clean dry surfaces. I used this large roll on the two front doors of my wife's VW Taos, the front floorboards in my Ram1500 and the back wall of my ram 1500. The biggest sound differences were in the RAM. It was coupled with butyl rubber matting (vibration dampening), but the 100Mil closed cell foam was a phenomenal addition. to give a clue of what the difference is, when I turn the air conditioning on at 2-speed, I cannot hear the road noise at 55mph. It's a CRAZY amount of quiet. Love the stuff!

Conforms easy and adheres well to a clean surface.

Easy to use but it cant decide if it wants to stick of peel off. Seems like it hates to stick around the edges but if you try to peel it off 90% of the foam will stay on the door and a real pain to clean off without resorting to harsh chemicals to dissolve the foam
