Had this on some ice cold pineapple at a resort in Hawaii, it was so good I came home and bought my own and use it on most of the fruit I know eat. It is a little salty and goes so well on sweeter fruits. Get some, you will be happy you did.

I hate leaving a negative review, but this is the worst Li-Hing powder I've ever had. I've tried many different brands, and this is the only one that lacks any plum flavor at all. Instead, it has a very strong aspartame taste, similar to Equal sweetener. After sprinkling it onto my mix of candy, it became completely inedible.

I sprinkled it on top of applesauce and it was just delicious! However there was no nutritional info to check salt level or ingredients. It didn’t taste as salty as the whole preserved fruit but I only used a tiny bit.

Da sweet, salty, tangy flavor, oh man, just like how we used to grind 'em on da pineapple or mango. I stay in my 60s now, but dis one bring me back to da old days, easy. I try plenny odda brands, but dis one, whoo, get da flavor jus' right. Packaging solid, stay fresh, and da price, not bad for how much you get. If you love Li Hing Mui or grew up wit’ it, dis da one you like. I give to my grandkids, too, now dey hooked! Perfect for give your snacks or drinks dat real Hawaiian kine flavor. Try 'em, you no going regret!
