Even though the ad says Logic Level, most of these are NOT Logic Level, and if you are looking for an IRLZ44N this is not for you! The IRF.... is NOT compatible.

Excellent assortment of parts for quick circuit breadboards.

Comes with with a healthy amount of useful MOSFETs, only wish was there were a few more of the logic type for sensitive equipment but there were plenty for my project. Had all other types and in a very convenient package which helps keep these organized and for storing later. FET quality seems to be performing well in my pet projects. Good price for what you get!
