This hardness conditioner for well water works amazing! Living with well water can be tough on my hair, but this has made such a noticeable difference—my hair feels softer, smoother, and much more manageable. I love this product but the top was not tight on the bottle and about a quarter of the product leaked out.

This is saving my hair… I have hard water with Iron and sulfur and no matter what I tried in my hair it failed….my hair stayed dry glassy crisp and lots of shedding.., nothing and I mean nothing worked… $100s of dollars worth of products even the natural ones all down the drain… this Malibu C Hard water is the very best and I finally have beautiful healthy hair!! Never looking back. My hair is no longer shedding and it is soft and manageable… it is finally not breaking and getting longer every day!!! Yay!! I am jumping for joy!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Only used once so far but works well. Very clean and soft after. Taking 1 star off as I don't personally like the scent, kind of like bubblegum.

My stylist gave me a sample packet and I was hooked. If you have hard water at your home or while on vacation, you need this conditioner. A little goes a long way even on thick, very long hair like mine. I use it once a week (I wash twice a week) and long with a bonding conditioner on the other wash day, it leaves my hair strong, healthy, and shiny. The scent is a light citrus floral, it detangles well, and makes my hair soft.

Great conditioner if you have well water, keeps my hair is soft and not damaged

The product itself is amazing! 5 stars for product! It does remove all the build up and hard minerals, leaving silky smooth hair. I don’t need to straighten my hair after using this product. Quick blow dry and out the door. But the packaging is awful! 1 star for packaging, at least it was in a box and entire order was delivered. They really need to shrink wrap the bottles to keep the lids from coming off during shipping. The conditioner bottle was at least 1/4 cup low due to it spilling inside the box. This is the second time this has happened.

It works really well! It did leak when I first got it but I was able to return and get a new one. So far my hair feels about the same. I’m not in love with the smell. It’s kinda smells like mangos or a fruity blend.

Absolutely love this product and have used it In the past. Unfortunately the product itself can’t be used because it arrived in a paper envelope, opened during shipping and is everywhere.

It really helps my hair against the hard water in southern Germany. It also smells incredible, like summer.
