Great for barbecue pork

We had this spice while visiting family, and bought some at the grocery they told us about but it is hours away and we tend to visit when that store is closed. This stuff is so yummy. And now we can get it without the drive Ps my hubby calls it highlighter pink

This is what I used to make all of my char su meats such as spareribs ,pork loin ,chicken etc. Add some honey to it or some spicy sesame oil, let it marinate overnight and in the morning put it in the oven. The best piece of meat that I use is a pork shoulder or as it’s called the butt . Cut up Into long strip and marinate them overnight. Put a grill or a grate over a large cookie sheet ,which has a lip on the sides,put it in the oven. You will have a lots of char su that you can use in your soup , in fried rice and any other Asian/fusion food . The strips of pork can be frozen separately and put in zipper bags..Each strip is than sliced, chopped or eaten like a boneless sparerib.

I love this marinade if you mix it with a lil soy or fish sauce and minced garlic it makes pork taste just like the ones in fried rice

I’ve bought this item plenty of times. The only problem I have is that it came and one of the packages busted so the powder cas everywhere.
